This is an 8-week free training provided by Connecting for Children & Families and the NRI Academy and is perfect for anyone interested in working entry-level in sales, customer service, banking, call centers but it’s so much more because you’ll also receive work readiness skills. The program delivers relevant industry skills training, job readiness training, resume writing, interviewing techniques, job search assistance, and case management to help you overcome any obstacles to success.
NRI Career Academy is coordinating the course and providing the tools needed to help you succeeed, including a laptop. NRI students will also have access to the full range of essential wraparound supports CCF provides, including basic needs assistance, one-on-one employment coaching, and career planning services.
CCF’s Workforce Development Program offers education and skill development to students seeking good jobs and enhancing their career paths. Job training, professional development, and ongoing workforce development classes are offered for high demand, high growth industries such as financial services (banking, call centers, bookkeeping), healthcare and food services.
